Morristown, TN, April 10, 2018 – Returning for the third year is the successful SkyMart Arts, Crafts and Makers Festival on Saturday, April 21st, from 10 AM – 3 PM, on Main Street.
Not only do we have returning vendors from previous years, but we also have vendors that make handmade items that are new to the festival from both the Lakeway Region and Knoxville says Amie Whitworth, Event Chair and President of the Crossroads Downtown Partnership.
Come to historic downtown Morristown for a fun day of shopping for one of a kind handmade items (no buy-sell allowed), entertainment, and food from both vendors such as Sweet Smuckers Donuts, and Williams Foods, and local downtown restaurants.
Artisans will be displaying their pottery; beadwork; watercolors; oil and acrylic paintings on canvas, and oil on wood paintings; photography; leather, hammered metal, and wire-wrapped jewelry; sculpture; recycled and upcycled art items; and embroidered and other hand-sewn purses, ponchos, dog collars, and headbands. For your backyard, there will be bird houses and bird feeders, wind chimes, as well as tobacco stick art. There will also be hand-squeezed fresh lemonade and home-made baked goods. Goodies to take home include homemade soup and dip mixes. You can also pamper yourself, as there will be goat’s milk products such as lotions and soaps.
Crossroads Downtown Partnership is the certified Main Street program for Morristown, TN, and wants you to experience historic downtown Morristown and the one of a kind SkyMart.
