21 year old Jeffery Dylan Jones, of Hickory Cove Road in Rogersville, on the night of May 31, 2016, was heading east on Highway 11-W when he crossed the center line and struck another car near the intersecton with Jackson Road in the far west end of Rogersville city limits.
