$1,000 robbery nets man a ten year prison term

An armed robbery of an East Morristown gas station last year, in which the perpetrator got away with a little more than $1,000 has led to a decade long sentence in state prison.

26 year old Chase Wilson, last April 2018, robbed the Fastop market on the East Andrew Johnson Highway when he demanded money using a BB gun.  He was caught in about 15 minutes by the Morristown Police Department. Wilson will be eligible for release after serving 30% of his ten year sentence.
