Cycle Across Tennessee running through Morristown April 20

Cyclists taking part in the first-ever Veterans Advantage: Cycle Across Tennessee event will continue their statewide awareness ride on Wednesday, April 20, in Morristown. They will depart from the American Job Center, located at 1633 Andrew Johnson Hwy., at approximately 8 a.m.

The cyclists started their journey to raise awareness about hiring veterans, and the services available for retired military members at Tennessee’s American Job Centers, on April 4 in Memphis.

Veterans Advantage: Cycle Across Tennessee consists of 17 legs, with stops at American Job Centers and Chambers of Commerce along the route. The 580-mile route will end in Kingsport, in East Tennessee, on April 21.

Interested cyclists and supporters can still take part in any one of the legs of the event.
